Leads are capatured by a deployed AI Agent on your website using Web Widget. The contact form fields toggle enables you to capture leads from new visitors.
When visitors to your website chat with your agent, the Inbox is where all your deployed AI Agent conversations are displayed, along with submissions to any forms.
Allow ShareToggle: Preview and share AI Agents by copying the generated URL
All conversations to that Deployed AI Agents are saved in the Inbox along with contact cards and any completed forms.
Exporting Conversations
All agent chats that have been deployed across any channel are exportable as a CSV file

Filter based on agent name, date, channel, interaction time
All Contacts
All visitors that completed a Contact form (via Web Widget) are saved in the All Contacts section
